About

I have been repairing and restoring furniture for over 20 years and accept work from both the antique trade and private clients.

After graduating from Rycotewood College as student Furniture Restorer of the Year and the BAFRA Student Conservation Award, I underwent BAFRA’s stringent assessment process and was awarded full membership of the British Antique Furniture Restorers Association.

BAFRA was founded in 1979 with the aim of providing the antique trade with a network of highly skilled professional restorers and to provide clients with assurances over the quality of furniture restoration.

I’m based on the Berkshire/Oxfordshire borders, just 5 miles north of J13 of the M4 and my work takes me across the region and as far as London. Having worked for some of the more prestigious dealers and private collectors across the South of England, I understand the importance of keeping antique furniture as original as possible by maintaining its patina and history.

I specialise in complex and challenging pieces covering all forms of quality furniture from the 17th century to modern and have a reputation for very successful and discreet repairs on investment grade pieces.

Please get in touch if you would like help with your antique or modern furniture repair and restoration.
